RMS has been awarded a safety grant through the Workers’ Compensation Trust. We are only one of 60 agencies selected to share in the pool of grant money. The grant will allow RMS to purchase four portable lift systems that can be used when an individual is in need of a solution to transfer difficulties for a temporary period. These collapsible, mobile units can be operated by staff with the goal of preventing work-related injuries.
