RMS operates 40 settings across Connecticut with a strong presence in Hartford, West Hartford, Manchester, Wethersfield, Meriden, Wallingford, Waterbury, Seymour and other communities. We work hard to create a caring, respectful culture, both for the people we support and our employees. We emphasize positive approaches to support people to have meaningful, happy lives. We are proud of our administrators, managers, and nurses, most of whom began with RMS as direct support employees.
